The Next Genreation Mini Range.

The Rocketman - The Smallest Mini produced since the 2001 BMW takeover. Im excited for when these go into production in 2014 as there quite a strange little car! The remiind me of a Weebso style car from disneys Flubber! they have double hinged doors which is quite strange! Mini claim this will be the first of a new look for the Mini range. This is a good move i feel as as much as i like mine i feel that there all getting a little repetitive now. I love the ring lights on this model as there a real feature on the front! the carbon fibre detail on the doors and new aerodynamic wheels make this car really diffrent to the other BMW models.

The Paceman- this has been called one of the main cars to look out for in 2011. its not quite a Cooper and not quite a Clubman. The Lights are taken from the 2010 4 x4 Mini, Im not a massive fan of the racing green ive seen this model in but im looking forward to seeing it in the flesh.

The Mini Roadster! I love this 2 seater model. I like the way that its specifically made to be a convertible unlike the ones ive seen in the past which have the pillow like roof folding mechanisim on the back. I also really like the Black lights on this model.

The Mini Coupe! really sporty and has the black lights like the Coupe. I also love this Blue colour!
The Mini Beachcomber! its crazy! Unfortunatley this concept failed the saftey tests. I really love the way theyve taken the 4x4 version to a new extreme with this supersized Mini! hope they do eventually work to release a model like this.

So there we have it! the new mini range! I think i most excited about the change of direction in styling in the Rocketman and am looking forward to seeing the shape and design of the mini change in the future as I feel its needed now after a few years of the same shapes and designs. After looking at alot of the electric designs coming up soon like the prius and Reanult I think this would be a good way for them to go as minis are big for people living in the city. Either way Im glad i got mine!! freshly washed and ready for the drive to work this week! :)
